As a Band 3 Community Healthcare Assistant with Sirona Care & Health, you will be based at the Ground Floor of Kingswood Civic Centre in Bristol. This temporary position will begin on 04/05/2024 and end on the same day, with shifts starting at 08:00:00 and ending at 16:00:00. You will receive a payment rate of £83.36 per shift.
In this role, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing high-quality care and support to individuals in the community
- Assisting with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
- Monitoring and recording vital signs
- Administering medication as directed by healthcare professionals
- Supporting individuals with mobility and exercise routines
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience as a Healthcare Assistant in a community setting
- A compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- A flexible and adaptable attitude towards your work
