Located at Heights Lane in Bradford, West Yorkshire, Lynfield Mount Hospital is a well-established mental health facility known for its commitment to excellence in patient care. You will be joining a team of dedicated healthcare professionals who are passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of their patients.
Your temporary assignment will begin on the 30th of April 2024, with an end date set for the 1st of May 2024. The shifts will run from 19:30 to 08:00, providing you with a unique opportunity to work during the night hours and gain valuable experience in a different setting. In return for your hard work and dedication, you will receive a competitive payment rate of £270 per shift, paid through PAYE.
As a Band 5 RMN at Lynfield Mount Hospital, your responsibilities will include providing direct patient care, administering medications, conducting assessments, and collaborating with the wider healthcare team to develop and implement individual care plans. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines.
In addition to your clinical duties, you will have the opportunity to participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in mental health care. You will be supported by experienced colleagues who are committed to your professional growth and success.
To excel in this role, you will need to possess a valid NMC registration as a Registered Mental Health Nurse and have previous experience working in a mental health setting.
