Band 5 - Community Nurse
Ref: 0324580868As a Band 5 Community Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to patients in the community. Your responsibilities will include conducting assessments, developing care plans, administering medications, and providing support and advice to patients and their families.
This temporary position is available from 30/04/2024 to 30/04/2024, with the shift start time at 08:00:00 and end time at 18:00:00. The payment rate for this role is £270 per shift.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centred care to a diverse group of patients. Your communication skills, empathy, and clinical expertise will be key to building positive relationships with patients and supporting them in achieving their health goals.
To succeed in this role, you must be a registered nurse with a valid NMC pin and have experience working in a community setting. You must also have excellent clinical skills, the ability to work autonomously, and a commitment to providing patient-centred care.
