Welcome to Spire Healthcare Ltd at the Orthteam Centre in Didsbury, Manchester! We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated MRI Radiographer to join our team on a temporary basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art facility and make a real difference in patient care.
As an MRI Radiographer, you will be responsible for operating MRI scanners to produce high-quality images of patients' internal organs, tissues, and bones. Your role will play a crucial part in helping our medical team diagnose and treat various medical conditions effectively.
During your shift, you will need to ensure that all MRI scans are conducted safely and accurately, following strict protocols and procedures to guarantee the best possible outcomes for our patients. You will also be responsible for explaining the imaging process to patients, ensuring their comfort and addressing any concerns they may have.
Attention to detail is key in this role, as you will need to review images to ensure they are of the highest quality before passing them on to the medical team for analysis. Strong communication skills are also essential, as you will work closely with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to provide accurate and timely results.
In addition to your technical skills, we are looking for someone with a caring and compassionate nature, as you will be working with patients who may be anxious or in pain.
