Ref: TDH3SS16As an Administrator for Spire Parkway Hospital, your start date will be on 02/09/2026, with an end date also on 02/09/2026. Your shift will start at 16:30:00 and end at 20:30:00, allowing you to work in the evenings. For your hard work and dedication, you will be compensated at a payment rate of £44.35 per shift.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing essential administrative support to the team at Spire Parkway Hospital. Your tasks may include but are not limited to data entry, filing, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and assisting with appointment scheduling. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations within the hospital.
To excel in this role, you must have excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. Strong communication skills are also essential as you will be liaising with patients, staff, and external stakeholders on a regular basis. Previous experience in an administrative role within a healthcare setting would be advantageous but is not essential.
